Hi All,


We are doing a demo test for management-engine Servicedesk, the tool is awesome but, I would like to know if you guys have done a customization regarding this topic, we are discriminating our tickets as "Requirements and Incidents" I checked by my own and I found this old post and this is what we want to achieve. create a column with alphanumeric values to discriminate the ticket in the service catalog.

Example: REQXXX or INCXXX
