Incident - Additional Fields
I'm writing something up at work to access one of the additional fields in incident, specifically it's grabbing the value from the custom field "Estimated Time to Complete" and I'm wondering where that's stored in the database, I've searched through and haven't found anything obvious, so I decided to ask here.
