Inactive user Reporting not accurate
We are reviewing your product to see if it will solve our Reporting and Auditing requirements.
A couple questions I have are as follows:
I've have specified all 14 of our domain controllers and ran an inactive user report for accounts that are Enabled but not active for more then 30 days on our Domain. However, the report pulls both Enabled and Disabled accounts while I need to specify only Enabled. The 'QuickSearch' feature appears to resolve this. Also, it reports accounts that are listed as having been active as late as today, not over 30 days.
Another question, if a user logs in to the network but never logs out, how is that information reported?
One more: I did a Bad Password audit and found the report very accurate, however, I was unable to add a column for the user's login name. Only user Name fields were available. It would be beneficial to have the username shown in that report.
