inaccurate fields required error
When I try to close a ticket from the main request tab, it gives me the following error.
"
FAILURE :Following Request(s) - 682 cannot be closed. Please fill the following fields -Level, Technician, Group, Priority, Description, Resolution"
Though some of these fields need to be filled out, not all of them are required. Some of the fields mentioned are filled out.
