Inability to force-own a Change Ticket (CID)

Inability to force-own a Change Ticket (CID)

Hi,

Is there a way any of the Team member to force-own a specific Change Ticket (CID)? There is a challenge when the Change Ticket owner is on a long leave or on an Emergency, we cannot force-own his ticket since only him or a "superuser" can re-delegate or re-assign the Ticket.
