In WinServer 2003, SNMP service is failed.

I use windows server 2003 enterprise edition.
I run SNMP services. but I failed a credential at the OpManager.
So I install a winserver 2003 again. but I failed a credential again.
and I install at another computer. but i failed.
I want solution.
I attached support information file.
