Improvements to new Dashboard (2025)

A few suggestions to improving the new features for the default dashboards:

  1. Ability to add more than one status (field) to a filter. For example, I can only highlight individual Status names and not a collection a names (Open vs. Open, WIP) (OnHold vs. OnHold, Pending User Response, etc..)
  2. Ability to report on time spent and ticket age
  3. Abilty to include common Service Metric type reports (i.e: Burn Rate, MTTR, etc..)
  4. Ability to show other variables for requests such as Average, Top, Bottom, %, etc..
  5. Ability to show the difference between two date fields (Avg. time between dates, total time between dates)
  6. Ability for Admins to manage all Dashboards (public and private)
  7. Ability to show request details via the Dashboard share function versus elevated the users view permissions to see all tickets. This applies to private/executive dashboards.
