Improvement request - multiple notifications, CC
Since SD+ has an email entry component, we'd like to see some address parsing for people who get cc'ed so that notifications sent out as a result of some actions on the ticket (or status updates) gets sent to all of the other folks as well.
Additionally, we'd like to be able to take any such addresses that are seen in a ticket which is merged to another get appended onto the merged ticket list of addresses/notifications.
