Improve solutions main list view (account column)

Firslty as posted in normal SD Plus forum I think the Solutions main view could really do with some basic/easily implemented improvements.

But also specific to MSP edition - you can't add 'account' as a column in the main view.
We often have a solution assigned to a specific Account and it would be good to see that on the main view. I understand that a solution may be assigned to lots of Accounts so it would have to truncate if more than a couple as assigned I guess.
