Importing tickets from old ticketing system
We are about to import tickets from our old ticketing system. These tickets already have an existing id that we want to preserve so that we can reference them if we need to in the future.
Is there a way to add the existing ticket numbers during the import? Will I be able to search for that ticket using the old ticket number in the search field?
