Hello--we are currently using ServiceDesk Plus and had to install Desktop Central to better manage Windows asset scanning. We are using DC 100% internal--it does not communicate with the outside.

Creating the certificate for SD+ was very straight-forward. We requested the certificate and uploaded the .cer file.

However, with DC, I'm not exactly sure what to do. I uploaded the .cer file, but now I'm prompted to upload a keyfile.

Does anyone here have any experience with using certificates from Microsoft PKI with DC?
