Importing Requester from AD: 100% failed
Hi all,
I am configuring Service Desk (version 6.0) to import requesters from AD. It connected to AD successfully and detected the correct number of user. But after that, the result table show that no user is imported, all failed.
Does anyone know this problem? Please help me because this is urgent.
