Importing of Mac workstation data
I am currently testing ServiceDesk Plus for use in an environment consisting of Windows and Mac workstations. Since the domain/network scan capabilities currently only support Windows and Linux systems, is there a way to import the Mac workstation information?
I have imported the workstations as assets using the output from a Remote Desktop system overview report, but there doesn't appear to be a similar import function for workstations. Is there a method or workaround for achieving this?
