Importing Data from TrackIT
We currently use Track IT by Inuit. There are four years worth of tasks and solutions that we would like to import into Service Desk should we take that route which seems likely at this stage.
Is it an easy task to import and if so is the schema available, or would this be something that AdventNet could do.
