importing data from other helpdesk type software
the organisation i currently work for is using Visual|QSM, however i see ServiceDesk Plus as a much more versatile solution for everything they are wanting to do with other extra software.
i am wondering, is there any such facility to import data from other similar software in to ServiceDesk Plus ?
as there is a huge amount of data which would need to be transfered
