Importing contacts from CSV file
I had been trying out ServiceDesk and liked many of its features. However I need to support clients with multiple contacts which SupportCenter appears to be designed to support.
My problem is that I have about 1000 contacts to import and SupportCenter does not have a field mapping in the CSV import to bring in the account number. This leaves me with the undesirable task of editing all 1000 contacts and setting their account information.
How quickly can we have the ability to import the account field added to the CVS import form?
