When I attempt to import my Apache access logs I get an "Import Failed Access denied".  I'm able to browse my Ubuntu servers using the log browser (SFTP) and my service account however, when ELA begins the import of the logs I'm presented with the error "Import Failed Access denied".  See attached image.
