Dear Users,
As part of our annual infrastructure maintenance, we will be upgrading our US data center infrastructure from September 2nd 2017 to September 10th 2017. While we carry out this upgrade, SDP OnDemand service and all Zoho services will continue to be operational.
Customers who use their organization's mailbox would have configured their firewalls & white listed a set of 10 IP addresses to communicate with the ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand application accessed through
https://sdpondemand.manageengine.com/ i.e ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand served from US data center.
We are planning to minimize list of IP addresses in the future as part of this infrastructure maintenance and that would be valid irrespective of Service Provider.
For seamless migration, we will be introducing 4 new IP addresses and we request our customers to make the following changes to their firewall configuration by adding the below 4 IP addresses along with the 10 existing ones :
135.84.80.131
135.84.82.131
8.39.54.54
204.141.42.54
We will be removing the older & redundant IP addresses in the near future and we will be making a separate announcement regarding that as well.
We request the customers served from US Data Center i.e ServiceDesk Plus OnDemand application accessed through
https://sdpondemand.manageengine.com/ to have configured all the 14 IP addresses configured in their firewall, till the next announcement on IP white listing for mailbox communication.
We do not expect any major interruption and you should be able to continue using all services during this upgrade. We will update this forum post once the data center maintenance is complete. Meanwhile, in case you do experience any issues, please feel free to tweet us @ME_OnDemand
