Important Notice: OpManager and OpManager MSP Metric Name Changes After Upgrade

Hello everyone,

If you have recently upgraded to Analytics Plus on-premise build 6170 (or above) and/or OpManager 128567 (or above), please note that certain OpManager performance metrics now follow a new naming format.

What does this mean?

  • The metric names have changed, but the data itself is not lost.

  • Existing custom reports, dashboards, and formulas that use the older metric names may stop showing data after the upgrade.

  • These metrics are available under the OPM Performance Details table using the updated names.

Packet Loss - Percentage

What should you do?

After upgrading:

  1. Review any reports or dashboards that show missing data.

  2. Update the metric names in those reports to match the new naming format.

  3. Save and re-run the report to restore data visibility.

If you need help identifying or updating the affected reports, feel free to reach out to our support team or reply to this thread.

Thanks,

ManageEngine Analytics Plus Team
