Dear User

ServiceDesk Plus IOS push notification certificate will expire on December 12, 2019. To continue using the push notification service, upgrade to ServiceDesk Plus version 11007.

Alternately, you can follow the steps:

1. Shut down your application.

2. Navigate to <SDP_home>\conf.

3. Paste the SDPProductionCertificate.p12 file downloaded from here. Also, delete the existing file.

4. Start the application.
