Google is deprecating the legacy Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) APIs, with full shutdown scheduled for October 31, 2024.

If your Remote Access Plus version is between 11.3.2401.1 and 11.3.2414.1, or between 10.1.2121.1 and 11.3.2400.35, you must upgrade to the latest build: Upgrade here.

You will stop receiving push notifications for configured alerts in the Mobile Admin app. No action is required for cloud users as this upgrade is handled automatically.

Please update to the latest version to avoid any disruptions before the October 31, 2024 deadline. For more details, check out the link here.
