Important: 32-bit APM Installations support ends December 31, 2022

It is time to bid adieu to 32-bit APM installations! Applications Manager's 32-bit installations will reach their EOL on 31st December 2022.

From April 1, 2022, you will not be able to download 32 bit installations from our website. (This includes EUM agent, Transaction recorder, and RUM agent installations.)

What about current users of 32-bit builds?

If you already use a 32 bit installation, you can continue to do so till Dec 31, 2022. After that, the EOL period will come into effect so you will not be able to get upgrade packs, bug fixes or technical support. Therefore, we suggest you migrate to the 64-bit installation as early as possible.

Note: This is also applicable for APM Plugin users of OpManager and OpManager Plus.

How do I check if I have to migrate?

To check if your installation is a 32 bit or 64 bit setup, navigate to Settings tab (Admin tab) -> Support (listed under Tools) -> Installation Information -> OS Version.
