Import users and Assighn tickets by Locations
Hi,
I'm testing ServiceDesk Plus and very interesting in it. I have multiple offices with more than 2000 users on different windows 2003 Active Directory OUs. I'd like to seperate the user list by the office location and will automatically assign the tickets to certain technician based on the requestor's location. How can I do that? Many thanks.
