My customer has his users on an Azure Group. I've configured that group in Azure on Zoho Enterprise Applications, which has 157 users. After that, I set the integration with Microsoft Azure and the Azure AD Sync.

I kept the default field mapping on the last one and set the "User Type is Member" condition. This imported several users (other than the initial group set on Azure). As such, I deleted the users and reset the condition to have additional criteria on the Group. After that, only seven users were imported. I've cleared the last criteria, keeping only the "User Type is Member" and never got more than 13 users...

On the Azure side, I still have 157 users on the Zoho Enterprise Application.

What else can I do?
