Import of ticket data from old system?
We are migrating ro SD+ from an old helpdesk software.
Has anyone had success importing tiket data from an old system? There does not seem to be an import tool for ticket data.
I also contacted Support, and they were going to get me something in 3 weeks, and that deadline is approaching very fast. I'm getting under a bit of time crunch, and would be willing to import things myself (from CSV or other) if I had the tools...
