Import log issues

Import log issues

I have event log analyzer version 7(applied patches from 6.x)
  when I try to import log from last dates  a  message waiting for http://localhost:8400/event/import.nms... appear on the screen below, a blue percentage is filling ,after a  minute then I'm  receiving  a web page error "internet explorer can not display the webpage"
