Help needed. Not sure if this is the right community. I want to enquire about ManageEngine Desktop Central 10.

1) I would like to make use Import from CSV feature to update field under Custom Computer Details fields such as Warranty Expiry Date as HP API has not been working for years. Can it be bulk upload using this feature?

2) I'm also unable to mass update my Custom Fields using the same Import from CSV feature. Can it be mass upload?

3) How can I find all the names of the fields which is use for the CSV? E.g. COMPUTER_NAME, DOMAIN_NAME etc.
