I am trying to export open requests and then import them into my dev system.

While I see the fields I do not see 'Template' in the import side. Why not? How can I import all of these requests correctly if it does not import into the correct template? I see where it says the import will import to the default request template. But why? why can't it import into a matching template? Especially since that is part of the exported file.

Why does it have 'template' as one of the exported field values if there is no way to match that column o n the import side? Maybe I'm missing something?
