We are currently using Service Desk and have recently moved to Microsoft SCOM 2007 R2 for alert management. I am wondering if anyone has already developed a SCOM connector for Service Desk so that alerts are published from SCOM into Service Desk using the API?

 

Personally I would not like to have to re-invent the wheel and make one from scratch.
