Import accounts/contacts problem
I can't get the import of contacts to work correctly.
I have two CSV files. One for accounts and one for contacts.
I can import the accounts file without problem. All accounts are imported correctly.
I then import the contacts. The only field mapped in the account import section is Account Name and then the rest are all contact fields.
Even though these are only contact records, all account records display a status of "Overwritten Records" after the import. When I look at the account records, all information imported in the previous accounts import is cleared out.
Further, the newly imported contact is not associated with the account as it should be.
This can be easily replicated with the following two sample CSV files:
Accounts.csv:
Company,Phone,Web Site,Address,City,State,Zip
"Test Company","(123) 456-1234",None,"1234 Main Street","San Jose",CA,12345
Contacts.csv:
First,Last,Company,Title,Phone,EMail,Cell,Primary Contact,Site Primary,Location
Joe,Smith,"Test Company","President",123-123-1234,"",123-123-1234,"","",San Jose
I'm running a fresh install of build 6007
