import a list of devices

import a list of devices

Hi i was looking for a way to discover a list of specific IPs ( from various subnets, from a CSV, Tab etc file) I have a few lists comprised of roughly 80 IPs each, and I want to add just them rather than adding all the subnets and then remove what i don't want - desktops and such - is there a way to do this?
