New CMDB Category Not Appearing in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud

Dear Support Team,

Could you please provide some insight on an issue I'm facing? I have created a new category in the CMDB setup area of ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, but despite several attempts and following the documentation, I am not able to see the new category in the main CMDB module.
