Implementation of Problem Management in upcoming release?
Hi y'all,
Is it possible to get a clear confirmation from AdventNet, that Problem Management _will_ be included in the next release (end of June)?
If yes, could someone please either explain to me or direct me to material than explains how Problem Management is implemented in the ServiceDesk?
