Impact,Impact Details & Urgency fields needed in reports
Dear,
We use ServiceDesk 7 Build 7012. We need to crerate reports and want to add the following standard fields to this report
- Impact
- Impact Details
-Urgency
These 3 fileds cannot be selected during creation of the report. Can this be fixed asap please ?
