Impact, Urgency & priority Matrix are missing
I have setup SDP 7.0.0 Build 7019 and was able to see impact, urgency & priority matrix. I have worked these features without any problem. But today to my surprise I discovered that these features are missing from user, technician screens. When I went to Admin tab I could not find these fields there as well.
Please suggest how I can get these fields back as we can not close/complete requests without these fields. Only option we have is to keep the requests open.
