Ignore Out of Office AutoReplies
Just came across a major annoyance today. Close a ticket, system notifies user who is out of the office with autoreplies turned on. Autoreply opens ticket. Have to disable notifications, close ticket then re-enable notifications in order to actually close this ticket.
