Ignore last two lines of an email (Remove Signature from Tickets)

Is there a way to tell the system to ignore the last few lines of an email when creating a ticket? 

I'm setting it up and for our users with cloud and transport rules for signatures, I can say to not send to the connector before sending to help desk.

However, there are a bunch of users with their own Outlook Signatures so when they send a request it keeps that signature as part of the request and messes up the formatting. Especially when it sends actionable emails, with a summary of the issue.
