Ignore individual alarms directly from the Alarms tab

When I turned on my Event Log notifications, I started recieving hundreds of random, non-important events (like printers disconnected or domain voting). So I started adding these events manually to your Event Log Rules and set them to "ignore". However, the amount of steps that are required to add 1 single event to "ignore" is unneccessarily complicated. I need to go to the server, find the event, get the event ID, warning level, type, and message, then create a new Rule and set it to "Ignore".

Suggestion:
In your Alarms tab- allow me to click a check mark next to an alarm, whether it's an Event Log or any other alarm. Then I want a drop-down list that says "Ignore this alarm: For 1 minute, 5 minutes, 1 hour, or forever."
Then I would like an option (it can be in the admin page) that will email me saying "This alarm will now be ignored for xx" (for my staff to know why they didn't recieve a "Alarm Cleared" email.")

PS- I know you can supress all alarms from the device page,  but sometimes I get something like "process queue threshold of xx has been exceeded" when a server is working on something. Well, I want to ignore that one alarm for one hour, not every single alarm on that server.

Thanks for reading :)
