Dear All,

 

If I would like to using the Interface Name or Interface Description in Subject Mail.

How should I do or Opmanager can't.

And Severity of the Alarm can't define the problem which alert. 
such as we want to know status up/down of device or interface.

Threshold Alarm of cpu / memory / traffice / packet drop / error counting on interface.

 

Surely I'm using this feature with orther software .

 

What's reason - Just see at subject , we can know what's happends at here .

Shortest time for sovling the problem is the best feature which software monitor must to have.

 

On device we've many inteface such as router or switches.

 

HQ-Router most of have one more wan link , so when opmanager gernarate the alert  via mail ,
then just told the device and severity we're confuse must me to open the message of mail. which as same on switch have many the uplink to orther switches.

 

Don't tell , Message Varible at Subject Mail , as I tested its . but not work for using .
