If keyword of solution function support chinese

If keyword of solution function support chinese

I set up a free edition of servicedesk. When I submit a solution, I input chinese charactor in keyword field. Chinese could be show correctly, but I can not search this solution by chinese.

I found your website demo can do this. Pls tell me why. How to resolve?
