IE8 Beta 1: Ticket with HTML
I know that Internet Explorer 8 Beta 1 just came out and it is beta, but wanted to mention this:
When a ticket in ServiceDesk is in HTML (someone sends an e-mail to the program within Outlook for example), when I reply back to the person in the program, it does not translate the HTML.
I am using Microsoft Windows Vista Business SP1 and ServiceDesk 7010.
