IE7 can't open the Servicedesk Plus web page

i am using Servicedesk Plus version 7 build 7017.
when i try to open it using IE7 it give me a blank IE page.. and nothing else
when i try to open it using IE6, it works
i need to open it with IE7 as all the computers i am using is Vista.
