After I started Applications Manager the IE connection slows down and after a while AM reports that URLs monitors (ex: www.google.com) are unavailable or their response times are high.

 

And after I stop AM the IE connection comes back to normal.

 

I am using AM v9 build 9300.

 

Any help please
