Identify Who Merges Requests

Identify Who Merges Requests

When Requests are merged (ie. if an update is sent in without the original ticket ID so a new ticket is created), the History now shows that the Merge was carried out by System.

This used to show WHO had actually merged the requests.

Is there a way to get this information back as just saying a ticket is merged by 'System' is hindering our aurditing functionality.
