Ideas for Improve Solutions module.

Solutions module is a very important part of ITIL, But Servicedesk Plus didn't do it well. and Many requesters do not use solutions because the UI of Solution Module not interesting. Then is very good if the admin should have these abilities:

Ability to add Video on Local Path not only in Youtube!
Ability to Add "PDF Viewer" and or Slidshow for Multi Images like ( sildeshow tour of the selfservice portal)
Ability to Add Like/Dislike of Requesters to Solutions.
Ability to Add comment of Requesters to Solutions.
Ability to Sort Solution Topics via drag and drop or by subject/type.
Ability to Set Color and ICON of Solution Topics.
Ability to Hide some Solution Topics from users.
Ability to Hide Solution details from requesters.
