ICMP not available - device listed as unavailable
We are currently evaluating OpManager and it is working well.
We do have a few servers that are not reachable via ICMP and so they are listed as down when they are not. SNMP is working and the dial are showing CPU, memory, etc. correcly, but the availability is zero.
Is there a way to change the way availability is determined for particular devices?
