IBM Security Identity Manager
Has anyone integrated Service Desk Plus with IBM Security Indentity Manager (iSim) now called ISVG? Our end users will request security access to a certain application through ISVG but there is not ticket in SD to assign a license unless the end user also does a Self Service ticket in SD. It would be nice if those to products could be tied together someone how so that once the security access request has been completed, a ticket could be generated in SD for the license request/install.
