I am new to ServiceDeskPlus and am running into this issue.

In my AD import, I don't have a field that would correspond to "Site", so I want to bring over the Location Code field from AD such as "AGH-1W".

Then I want to say if Location Code is "AGH-1W", populate "Corporate" in the Site field for the Requester.

Is this possible?

If not, has anyone found a workaround for this?
