I want to know why URL error (Host down)occured during file copy to the OPManager server

I was copying a 25GB file to server Which OPManager is running.
and during copy, URL error(Host down) occured.

I have 2 questions.
1.Could URL error(Host down) occur during file copy?
2.Is it OK to take nothing in particular to the server?

I will attach a log file taken from OPManager.
