I've just installed OpManager as i'm looking at purchasing a network monitoring system. At the minute i've just dived in feet first and working my way around. I've got the majority of my network on but what i'm struggling with is alerts, more specifically the setting up of the SMS modem. I have a USB gprs modem attached to my op manager server which reports that it is correctly installed onto com3. When I enter my mobile number and com3 into opmanager and submit, I get a message saying that Modem is not connected properly. Check your settings!
